Do cohorts run in Japan Standard Time only?
Core live sessions default to JST-friendly blocks. Self-paced tracks include async mentor feedback so APAC learners outside Tokyo can keep momentum.
Can my employer sponsor a team?
Yes. We issue consolidated quotes and can align invoices with your procurement calendar. VAT-style notes are available for cross-border accounting teams.

Which cloud accounts do I need?
Beginner tracks start with local or shared sandboxes. Intermediate modules list optional cloud spend estimates before you create personal projects.
Are exam vouchers included?
No. Certification-aligned courses include domain maps and practice checklists, but vouchers are purchased separately from vendors.
Outcomes
Will you rewrite my resume?
Career coaching focuses on articulating project evidence you already built here. Full resume rewrites are not included; we provide outlines and review one draft.
How quickly do mentors respond?
We target two business days for written feedback on milestone submissions. Intensive weeks may batch responses nightly.
Policies
What if I fall behind on labs?
You keep recordings and repos. We can discuss one cohort transfer if seats exist; transfers are not guaranteed during peak intakes.

Limitations
What do you intentionally not teach?
We do not run production changes on your employer systems, provide legal compliance sign-off, or guarantee hiring outcomes. We focus on repeatable engineering practice.
Is on-call coverage included?
Incident workshops are simulated. We do not place learners into live pager rotations or access your production telemetry without a separate contract.
