By accessing energy-wave.digital or enrolling in programs operated by Energy Wave Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or purchase offerings. These terms apply to visitors in Japan and international learners accessing our online materials.

We provide professional education content related to DevOps engineering, including cohort-based sessions, self-paced modules, mentor feedback, and downloadable resources. Features may change as we update curricula; we will communicate material changes that affect active enrollments when reasonable.

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable consent from a guardian where local law requires.

You may not scrape the site in ways that degrade performance, redistribute course materials without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use our brand to imply endorsement you do not have. Sharing login credentials violates these terms and may result in suspension.

Curriculum text, videos, templates, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. You may not resell, publicly syndicate, or create competing derivative works from our proprietary assets without written consent.

Education outcomes depend on your effort and employer context. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free materials. To the extent permitted by Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to paid services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific enrollment at issue in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Yokohama, Kanagawa shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside.

We may suspend access for violations or non-payment where applicable. We may update these terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you are an active paying learner and a change materially disadvantages you, contact us to discuss good-faith options.
